राष्ट्रीय प्रेस दिवस के अवसर पर उपमंडल सुंदरनगर में प्रेस दिवस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया और "आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस के युग में मीडिया" थीम पर आधारित इस कार्यक्रम में चर्चा की गई है। कार्यक्रम में बीडीओ सुंदरनगर विवेक चौहान ने मुख्यातिथि के रूप में शिरकत की।

प्रेस क्लब सुंदरनगर के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष रोशन लाल शर्मा मुख्य सलाहकार अदीप सोनी, महा सचिव युसूफ अंसारी, कोषाध्यक्ष बलविंदर सोढ़ी, पत्रकार सदस्य कुलभूषण चब्बा, सचिन शर्मा, गगन, विजय शर्मा, लीलाधर, पवन देवगन, देवेंद्र गुप्ता ने भाग लिया। पत्रकारों ने आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस क्यों जरूरी है और आज के समय में इसकी क्या डिमांड है इसको लेकर चर्चा की है।

इस अवसर पर मुख्यातिथि बीडीओ सुंदरनगर विवेक चौहान ने कहा कि मीडिया लोकतंत्र का चौथा स्तंभ है। वर्तमान दौर में मीडिया प्रतिनिधियों या पत्रकारों के समक्ष अनेक चुनौतियां है, जिनका सामना करते हुए पत्रकारों को सही व तथ्यों पर आधारित जानकारी लोगों तक पहुंचानी चाहिए। मीडिया का यह भी दायित्व है कि किसी भी मामले की विश्लेषणात्मक जानकारी भी लोगों तक पहुंचाए ताकि पाठक या दर्शक उसे सही ढ़ग से समझ सके। उन्होंने कहा कि आज हम 21वीं शताब्दी में प्रवेश कर चुके हैं और अच्छे तरीके से मीडिया के रोल से वाकिफ है। आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस टेक्नोलॉजी से जुड़े रहना भी जरूरी है लेकिन वास्तविक समय पर जानकारी प्रदान करने की होड़ के कारण प्रिंट मीडिया कहीं ना कहीं दरकिनार होता जा रहा है जिसके उत्थान की फिर जरूरत है क्योंकि प्रिंट मीडिया एक ऑथेंटिक मीडिया है, जिसने आजादी के समय से जनहित के मुद्दे जनता के सामने लाए और आज भी वही प्रिंट मीडिया लोगों तक सबसे भरोसेमंद खबरें पहुंचा रहा है। प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के समन्वय से मीडिया जगत में बेहतर काम हो पाएगा जिससे जनहित के मुद्दे उस अथॉरिटी तक पहुंच सकते है जिसके लिए प्रिंट मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया का निर्माण हुआ है और अहम योगदान हमेशा से रहा है।

On the occasion of National Press Day, Press Day program was organized in Sundernagar sub-division. BDO Sundernagar Vivek Chauhan participated in the program as the chief guest.

In this program based on the theme "Media in the Age of Artificial Intelligence"

Journalists presented their views regarding why Artificial Intelligence is important and what is its demand in today's time. The program was organized under the chairmanship of Roshan Lal Sharma, Senior Vice President of Press Club Sundernagar. In which Press Club Sundernagar Chief Advisor Adeep Soni, General Secretary Yusuf Ansari, Treasurer Balwinder Sodhi, Journalist members Kulbhushan Chabba, Sachin Sharma, Gagan, Vijay Sharma, Leeladhar, Pawan Devgan, Devendra Gupta.participated.

Chief guest BDO Sundernagar Vivek Chauhan said that media is the fourth pillar of democracy. In the present era, there are many challenges before the media representatives or journalists, facing which the journalists should deliver correct and fact-based information to the people. It is also the responsibility of the media to provide analytical information about any matter to the people so that the reader or viewer can understand it correctly. He said that today we have entered the 21st century and are well aware of the role of media. It is also important to stay connected with Artificial Intelligence technology, but due to the competition to provide real-time information, print media is getting sidelined somewhere, there is a need for its upliftment because print media is an authentic media, which has served the public interest since the time of independence. The issues were brought before the public and even today the same print media is delivering the most reliable news to the people. Coordination of print and electronic media will enable better work in the media world so that issues of public interest can reach the authority for which print media and social media have been created and have always made an important contribution.
