वृद्ध आश्रम मे सेवारत कर्मचारी वर्ग के लिए ठोस नीति बनाए सरकार .. हिरा पाल

प्रथम प्रधानमंत्री स्व जवाहर लाल नेहरू की जयंति देहरी स्थित वृद्ध आश्रम में मनाई गई और इस अवसर पर राजीव गांधी पंचायती राज संगठन के प्रदेश सह सयोंजक हिरा पाल ने वृद्धों से दर्द सांझा किए है। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर प्रदेश सरकार से प्रदेष में चल रहे विभिन्न वृद्धाश्रम में सेवारत स्टाफ कर्मचारी वर्ग के लिए ठोस नीति बनाने का आग्रह किया है। उन्होंने प्रेस को जारी अपने व्यान में कहा कि दिन रात वहां सेवारत कर्मी स्टाफ बुजुर्गों की सेवा करता है। परन्तु उसकी ऐवज मे उन्हें मेहनत नामा उनके परिश्रम के अनुसार नहीं मिल रहा है। हिरा पाल ने कहा कि आश्रम मे कार्यरत स्टाफ को अपनी ड्यूटी के साथ साथ घर की जिम्मेदारियों भी अदा करनी होती है। जबकि उनका अधिकांश समय आश्रम में ही व्यतीत होता है। बेशक़ बृद्धाश्रम मे वृद्धों पर खर्च लोगों के द्वारा प्राप्त हो रहे अनुदान से चलता है। उसके साथ साथ आश्रम को सरकार द्वारा भी इस संचालन के लिए अनुदान राशी मिलती है जिससे वृद्धों के साथ सेवारत कर्मखरी, कार्यकर्ताओं का व्यय भी उठाया जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान मुख्यमंत्री सुखविन्दर सिंह सुक्खु जिस तरह से अनाथालय, वृद्ध आश्रम जैसे संस्थानों को विशेष तवज्जो दे रहे हैं। जो कि बहुत नेक कार्य है। हिरा पॉल ने कहा कि सरकार इसके साथ साथ ऐसे संस्थानों में सेवारत कर्मचारी व कार्यकर्ताओं के मानदेय के रूप् में भी खर्च करे। ताकि उन्हें सरकार द्वारा मजदूरी के लिए की गई निर्धारित राशी मजदूरों को मिले। जिससे वह अपने और अपने परिवार का खर्च वहन कर पाए। वर्तमान मे उन्हें मिली जानकारी के अनुसार इस वृद्ध आश्रम से एक आधे को छोड़ कर वर्कर को 200 से 250 रूपये दैनिक भता उन्हें शायद मिलता है। जो कि उनकी अपनी और परिवार की आजीविका के लिए मापक नहीं है। हिरा पॉल ने कहा कि उन्हें उम्मीद है कि माननीय मुख्य मंत्री आश्रम मे कार्यरत मजदूरों की गुहार पर प्रदेश मे सभी आश्रमो मे सरकार की तरफ से अनुदान देकर उन्हे उचित मजदूरी दिलाकर कृतार्थ करेंगे।

The birth anniversary of the first Prime Minister Late Jawaharlal Nehru was celebrated in the old age home located in Dehri and on this occasion, Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Organization State Co-ordinator Hira Pal shared his pain with the old people. On this occasion, he has urged the state government to make a concrete policy for the staff working in various old age homes running in the state. In his statement issued to the press, he said that the staff working there serve the elderly day and night. But in return, they are not getting salary as per their hard work. Hira Pal said that the staff working in the ashram have to perform household responsibilities along with their duties. Whereas most of his time is spent in the ashram only. Of course, the expenditure on old age homes in old age homes is covered by the grants received from the people. Along with this, the Ashram also gets grant amount from the government for its operation, through which the expenses of the workers and workers serving with the elderly are also borne. He said that the way the present Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu is giving special attention to institutions like orphanages and old age homes. Which is a very noble cause. Hira Pal said that along with this, the government should also spend it as honorarium to the employees and workers serving in such institutions. So that the workers get the fixed amount for wages given by the government. So that he can bear the expenses of himself and his family. According to the current information received from this old age home, the workers probably get a daily allowance of Rs 200 to 250, except one half. Which is not a measure for their own and family's livelihood. Hira Pal said that he hopes that the Honorable Chief Minister will respond to the request of the laborers working in the ashrams by providing them fair wages and grants from the government to all the ashrams in the state.
